Paula Duncan
Business Development Manager
Paula Duncan serves as the Business Development Manager for Access Florida Finance Corporation. Among other duties, her primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance to current and prospective clients, loan portfolio management, lending, and underwriting functions of Access Florida.
Ms. Duncan has been with Access Florida since January 1990. Before coming to Access Florida, she worked with the state's Small and Minority Business Advocacy Office and the Financial Aid Office of Florida State University.
Ms. Duncan received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University.
